How your dashboard works
Signing in
Sign in with the email and password you created, or with the Google or Apple account you used before. Both doors open the same dashboard. Forgot password sends a code to your email; it comes from ShopProp.
Your deals
Every home you are buying, selling or renting with ShopProp is a deal. Your deals lists them, says first what is waiting on you, and opens any of them. Start something new begins a purchase, a sale or a rental. Every open deal's card has a line with a gold mic: tap it and say what you need for that home, a showing, the disclosures, an offer, a question, and it opens as a request or an answer right there the moment you stop talking.
Inside a deal
The conversation is the deal. Your team writes to you there and you write back. Two buttons, two different things: Send to team goes to real people at ShopProp. Ask AI is an answer made only from what is filed on this deal, labelled as such, with its source. A request (a showing, disclosures, an offer, an inspection) opens as a request for your team with the details filled in, from either button, and the line above the box says so before you send. Words that only sound like a request are checked before they go out as a note, so an offer never ends up as a message. The easiest way is to tap the gold mic and say it the way you would to your agent: a showing Saturday at 2, the disclosures, a question. Spoken words send themselves the moment you stop talking: a request opens its card, a question gets its answer, anything else goes to your team. Ask your deal is an AI answer made only from what is filed on this deal, and it always shows where the answer came from.
The home on shopprop.com
The address at the top of a deal is a link. Tap it and that home opens on the ShopProp site in a new tab: the photos, the details and, where the site has them, ShopProp's analysis of the home. A deal with no street address on it (a general request, for one) has no such link.
The bar at the top
The dark bar at the top of every page is the one you know from shopprop.com. On a phone it shows as icons. The envelope, Contact us, opens this page. The phone calls ShopProp's main line; that number cannot answer a text. When a deal has a street address, and on Your deals when your homes share one line, a speech bubble shows the ShopProp text line for that home's state. The calendar, Schedule a call, opens our calendar in a new tab. Search homes opens shopprop.com in a new tab. Tools opens the same tools you find on shopprop.com, each in a new tab: Property Analysis, Home Estimator, Market Reports, Show & Disclose, Show & Lease and Own & Maintain.
SP Analytics
On a deal that is an MLS listing, SP Analytics opens the shopprop.com map around that home in a new tab, with sold homes from the last year switched on. The S|P bar at the top of the map (Drops, Over Ask, Under Ask, Days, Pending Speed, Pace, ROI) reads the market around the home; tap one to see it. A deal filed on a typed-in address, or a general request, has no map position, so it has no SP Analytics button.
AI answers
An AI answer is labelled as one, names its source, and ends by telling you to confirm anything important with your ShopProp agent. It never gives advice on price or terms, and it never gives payment instructions.
Requests
Anything you need is a request: a showing, disclosures, an offer, an inspection, a question. On a new address, start typing; when a list of homes appears under the field, pick yours from it: the request then carries the full address, city, state and zip, and the line under the field shows exactly what will be filed. What you type in that field goes to Google to suggest the address; nothing else about you does. A request on a new address is matched to the MLS listing for that address when there is one, so your team works from the real property; when there is none, it is filed with the address as picked or typed. New request opens one on the deal and asks what that kind of request needs: an offer asks for the amount, the names on title, each contingency and the dates. A showing or an inspection needs a day and a time before it is sent: say it in your words (Saturday at 1 pm) and it is read for you; say nothing and the card asks, with one tap for Any day, any time works. You can have several open at once, and each keeps its own thread.
Checklist and dates
The checklist shows the steps for where your deal is now. Steps marked Your turn are yours to tick; a step with a small mark instead of a square is one your ShopProp team completes. Key dates come from what is filed, and each one says where it came from.
Documents
Three folders. Your documents are yours alone, kept across every deal. Transaction documents belong to the deal, and everyone on the deal can see them. General disclosures belong to the listing. Each folder says who can see it. You can remove your own documents, and on a deal the files you filed yourself.
Sharing a deal
Share this deal adds your spouse, your partner or anyone buying or selling with you. They see everything on that deal and can act on it for you. They never see your own documents or your other deals, and you can remove them at any time.
Your rebate
On a home you are buying, Your rebate shows the amount on your Commission Disbursement form once your ShopProp rebate team has finished it. It never shows payment or wiring details.
Your notes
Your notes on a deal are your own notes about that home. They are not sent to anyone. Write them, press Save notes, and they are there next time.
Contacts
Contacts on a deal lists the people outside ShopProp who are working on it: escrow, your lender, the other agent. Before you send money, call escrow at a number you already trust.
Rooms
A deal opens the ShopProp rooms that fit it: Show and Disclose for a home being sold, Show and Lease for a rental, and Own and Maintain for the home you keep after closing. One tap, already signed in.
From a listing on shopprop.com
On any home's page on shopprop.com, Tell us what you need takes a showing, the disclosures, an offer or a question in your own words, with the mic or typed, without signing in first. Give your name and email (and a mobile if you want a text back) and your ShopProp password, or choose one if you are new: with your password it is sent right then; otherwise we email you a link, and tapping it sends the request. Nothing is sent before your email is confirmed, and the request lands on your deal here.
Rent this home
Own the home on a deal and want to rent it out? Under Rooms, tap Rent this home. One tap starts your Lease Your Home request for that address and opens Show and Lease on your listing, already yours. A second tap opens the same listing.
Updates and alerts
Updates lists what is new across all your deals. Account is where you set your mobile number and choose email alerts and text alerts. A text is the fastest way your team can reach you, so Your deals asks once for a mobile number when none is on file.
Staying safe
ShopProp will never ask for or send wire-transfer instructions by email or text. Any message that does is fraudulent. When in doubt, call your ShopProp agent at a number you already trust.
